We are aware that the Track & Field registration link sent out on Friday is not active for this school year. The district is currently working on the issue, and we hope to have registration open soon. We will send a follow-up email as soon as the registration link is available.

In the meantime, please find information about the track season below:

Meets and Practices:

Track practices will begin Monday, March 3!

Mon., Tues., Thurs., 4:00 to 5:20 PM

Wednesday, 3:00 - 4:20 PM

Important Dates:

• 3/20 - Dual meet #1 (must be registered by March 6 to participate)

• 4/10 - Dual meet #2

• 4/17 - Dual meet #3

• 4/24 - Dual meet #4

• 5/1 - Sub-Districts

• 5/8 - 4J Middle School District Championships

• 5/16 - Oregon Middle School Meet of Champions @ Corvallis High School

FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.

1. Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.

2. Please register at: https://eugene-or.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.

3. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here. Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating.

4. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals to be on file dated after 5/16/2023 in order for all students to participate at practice and/or meets. See the LINK for the Sports-Pre Participation Examination (including Physical Examination form for those that need it as having an updated Physical on file is REQUIRED as they are good for 2 years).
