Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for 11/19 and 11/23!
Hello Monroe Families!
Conferences are a great time to meet with our staff to discuss how your child is doing in school related to their academic progress and overall well-being. Please note that most of our teachers have 150+ students so it’s impossible to meet with everyone during conferences. If you’re unable to connect with a specific teacher please communicate with them directly about arranging a time to connect after school conferences.
This year we will be using a program called SignUp---WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH DETAILS ON HOW TO SIGN UP AND SHARE THE LINK. Additionally, we'll be sending text message reminders!
Monroe Parent/Teacher Conferences:
November 19th, 4:30-8:30 PM and November 23rd, 9:00 AM -8:00 PM
10 minute sessions - can meet up to 4 teachers per student. If you're unable to sign up for a specific teacher, please reach out to them directly to arrange a time to connect.
Students are encouraged to join but not required.
We will have arena style conferences where all staff will be in the cafeteria. Staff will be in the cafeteria in order by their last name and a map will be provided upon arrival. There will be 2 minutes to transition from each conference. Please allow the 2 minutes to pass before joining at the table (there will be queues to prompt you when to transition and when each conference will begin).
Conference sign-ups will be open for all families on Tuesday, November 10th at 6:00 PM and close Monday, November 16th at 6:00 PM.
**Families who are not able to book a conference by the deadline may call the front office starting on Wednesday, November 18th at 12 PM to inquire about any spaces available.**
