Monroe Families,

We are so excited to take 8th grade Mustangs to Camp Harlow on Wednesday, June 11th for their 8th grade field trip!

Attached to this email, and included in the packet sent home, are three required forms:

  1. 8th Grade Camp Harlow Information Form  
  2. 4J Permission Form 
  3. Liability Release Form 
All three forms must be completed and returned to the front office in order for your student to attend. DUE MAY 28TH!
