Monroe Fri-YAY Family Email!

Posted Date: 9/13/24 (3:48 PM)

Hello Monroe Families-

We have had a great first full week of school! Our students are settling in well and doing a good job adjusting to their new routines. It’s wonderful to see their excitement about their classes and teachers. We ended the week with a Kahoot trivia in Connect class and it was fun to see students answering questions about our MODEL Mustang school-wide expectations! Speaking of expectations, the new cell phone policy has been extremely positive overall, allowing our students to engage more effectively with each other and with staff in face-to-face interactions.

Thank you for making our Open House event such a success! It was exciting to see families engaged and enthusiastic about meeting our dedicated teachers. Your support is invaluable as we create a vibrant learning environment for our students. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead!

A few key reminders and things to consider as we move forward:

    • Students may have to turn in their phone to the office daily.
